Are there any allergy information about our products?
Some of our products contain chocolate, nuts, or other allergenic ingredients. Please check our product description or contact us at [email protected] if you have any uncertainties. We're happy to inform you about the ingredients!
Do you offer vegan chocolate options?
Unfortunately, we do not offer this option at the moment. However, we are constantly working to expand our range to ensure that every one of our customers can find the perfect gift for their loved ones.
Can I cancel or change an order after I have placed it?
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so 24 hours before delivery. We hope for your understanding that later cancellations are unfortunately no longer possible as the products have already been produced by that time.
Will I always receive the bouquet shown in the photo?
Each of our bouquets is made with the same weight and lovingly handcrafted. Due to the individual sizes of fruits or vegetables and the handmade nature, each bouquet is unique. Therefore, the actual appearance may differ from the photo. Additionally, the color of the pot may vary.
Can I personalize my bouquet or express special wishes?
Unfortunately, we do not offer this option at the moment. But rest assured that we are passionately working to provide this service for you soon.
Can I add a message or card to my order?
Would you like to add a personal message to your order? Simply enter your desired text in the 'Remarks' field in the shopping cart. We are happy to add a card to make your surprise even more special!
How long is the delivery/waiting time?
Our bouquets are freshly made every day. Especially on holidays such as Valentine's Day, Mother's & Father's Day, etc., there can be a higher order volume. To ensure timely delivery on such days, we ask you to order in advance.
Are there bulk discounts or special offers for large orders?
If you are planning a large order or wish to shop with us as a B2B customer, please contact us in advance at [email protected]. We will be happy to provide you with a customized offer!
How do you ensure the fruits remain fresh during transport?
To ensure everything arrives fresh and delicious, we use special food transport boxes equipped with cooling elements. This guarantees freshness from us to your doorstep!
How long is the fruit's shelf life?
We recommend storing the uneaten bouquet without foil in the refrigerator. This should ensure it remains fresh and enjoyable for at least another 24 hours.
Where do the fruit and chocolate come from?
Depending on the season, we support local businesses in Austria. However, since it's not possible to get Austrian strawberries in winter, we purchase them from neighboring production sites. The quality, of course, remains unchanged!
To coat our fruits, we use Belgian Fairtrade chocolate, which guarantees fair conditions for the farmers with quality seals.
Sustainable despite plastic packaging - how does it work?
It is important to us to largely avoid plastic. However, the plastic wrap that protects our bouquets from dirt is made of 100% recycled PET bottles. We are currently looking for alternatives to finally rid ourselves of plastic.
